Recent Work

A couple of weeks ago, I wrapped up the Annual Report design for George Washington University's Office of Alumni Relations. Thrilled with the final product, I wanted to share it here. Thanks to their brilliant team for making this project so enjoyable and fun. And a special thanks to Melissa for tracking down the cover photo which, in my mind, really made the report!

Dribbble

Although I've been attached to Instagram over the past few months, Dribbble is quickly becoming my new favorite social media outlet. It is a place for designers to post screen captures of in-progress projects to receive feedback and showcase their work. A "show and tell" if you will, and a great place to browse for inspiration.

The Javera Group

It has been a busy few weeks, but I wanted to pause and say how thrilled I am to announce the recent launch of The Javera Group. The Javera Group was started by a good friend of mine, Natalie Avery, to help BIDs, government agencies, businesses and community groups build safe and sustainable urban environments. I've been working with Natalie on community projects for six years now and cannot tell you how excited I am for her to take on this venture. Her devotion to the community is unstoppable and her skills and knowledge of this city, and its intricacies, unmatched.

I was honored when Natalie asked me to join the team as their designer. Our first project quickly became The Javera Group branding and web site. As always, she was great to work with and I am very proud of the outcome. Congrats Natalie!
